Ok guys here is the pic u ask for. Now remember it went through several years of college, and several moves lol. But it has been well loved and used. It is why I make quilts. not to be put away in the closet for future generations, but to be loved and used and appreciated. Also, was my first quilt and i did not know there was a difference in material. All of the material used in this one came from Walmart, and I think there is a huge difference in the quality of material.

lol well my son's cat, Izzy sits on my cutting table and inspects each piece lol guess I am used to it.

ok, see that you have gotten started. That was quite a brave pattern to do for your
first and you did great.
What a compliment that your SON wants another quilt! Most grown men have no
interest. Guess he knows a good thing...like mom....I'll keep coming back. later gator

I'd love to have a Storm at Sea myself, and love batiks, so I'm hoping to follow along with you on your adventure. Thanks for sharing your progress.

What a beautiful choice of fabrics. I will really enjoy seeing your progress because i have always wanted to make a storm at sea quilt.

Here is the last of the Batiks cut, 104T25s and 104T25r lol . And now we can cut the lights :):):) Moving along at a good pace i think. Also a pic of all the dark Batiks together
