this reminds me of a monster-sized top that I finished for a customer. She had joined the t-shirts and hired me to quilt it for her. It was HUGE - barely fit on my LA machine, and when I finished it, it completely engulfed my queen-sized bed. HOWEVER - she was thrilled with it. So, I'd say back it, quilt it with a panto (it's amazing how well pantos work on t-shirt quilts) and call it done.

I have a lot of strangely long quilts because I have a lot of strangely long men. They like to be able to roll up like a burrito. I'm sure this quilt will be loved.

nicely done. love the colors.

Well done. Extra length means tucking space.
|
Great job! Not too long!
|
Tbh you made a great guilt!

I think it's very nicely done. The extra length may come in handy.

Nicely done, and I agree with sweet that the extra length means you can tuck in the pillows. Sometimes quilts decide how they want to be completed - I made one family reunion quilt that was determined to be longer than I originally anticipated, but my SIL loved the extra length, so she could tuck it under the pillows.

You used the shirts she wanted so there should be no complaints. Great job.

I would call it done as well. But in the future you can make a T shirt quilt using your 14 x 18 block size only change your setting to 5 across and 4 down. It will even out the size and make the quilt just a few inches longer than it is wide.
