Question is how does one decide its their best quilt? I made 2 quilts for my grands that I thought were well umm not my best .. but they loved em. Same with a 10 minute block quilt that I made for a good friend, she loved it. Time ? depends on if one has all the time in the world to spend on it ..
I guess the old saying: beauty is in the eye of the beholder is so true ...

This is about what we consider OUR best. You decide what is your best.

This quilt was definitely my most time consuming but I enjoyed making it.

Your quilt is beautiful, I can see that you put alot of hard work into, it will be treasured for for ever.

Snooze2978 your quilt is a real stunner! Can't decide whethe it's because of your fabric choices or the perfectly designed quilting stitches - must be both!

Your quilt is lovely! This type of quilt is in my bucket list. Was it needle turned applique??

Like I told you, this needed to be here. I'm glad you decided to post it.

This is a quilt I did for a 2012 Christmas gift for my DDIL. It was posted yesterday under My Most Challenging Quilt to Date - USA, but after encouragement from other board member, I am posting it here as well. Thank you for all your kind comments. I have had the pattern for several years but I googled the pattern name and came up with this web site for the pattern:

I added the red sashing, blue cornerstones with the state initials below, and a paper pieced star as the cornerstone in the border, to make it queen sized.

You have entered it into a quilt show (or many) right? It would definitely win a blue ribbon, maybe even best of show ribbon! It is amazing.
