Sunbonnet Sue Lights The Way Quilt
 

Thought I would share this new quilt I have done with all of you.
I designed the quilt, and embroidery designs and I freehand quilted the quilt.
I just love these little Sunbonnets with there nightgowns and house shoes. I couldn't resist. they needed some stairs to climb and since they are carrying candles, they needed the dark.lol

Here is a McCalls pattern I used 11 years ago. My "redesign" was daytime sun and sky instead of night.

Yes, this was my idea. I designed the quilt on my eq7.I wanted to be able to do something special with the Sunbonnet Sue's I had digitized. Course, I just don't think I run out of ways to do the Sunbonnet Sues.They are just to fun.
