Anyway. Just for fun, these three are from a group that South Sea Imports is coming out with, called Quilting Purr-fection. They make me want to say, "aww..."

(Dog lovers, I'm sure they will come out with a canine group at some point. But I don't think dogs have such a habit of lying on fabrics... or do they?)

Those are adorable. I love cats but don't have any at this time. Apt manager doesn't allow it but I bet she has animals at home.

I love the fabrics, I love cats too. I live in the country on a hobby farm and have 6 outside cats, when I was a child growing up on my parents farm we had cats every where. Just like the song - here a meow, there a meow, every where a meow, meow, just thought I'd throw that in. I'll have to watch for that cat print in my neighboring town stores.

I'm a true cat lover also & my furbaby is Tia! When I give someone a quilt(even though I clean them first) I always tell them that the cat hairs are free,lol!! Nobody's complained yet.

South Sea's website says this group is not going to be available until November/December... so it's a long way off yet.

And the last three. I really like the ones with the ribbons. I could easily see them made up into reusable gift bags. Why don't people make fabric gift bags more often? When you think of the price of paper gift bags, which don't hold up forever... it really would make a lot of sense to use fabric. You could even wash them!

The ribbons would also be nice for a party tablecloth.

There's also going to be a quilt pattern. Right now only the picture is available. I'm not sure this one will work but I'll try to post it anyway.

OMG -- all of those are sew cute!!! Can't wait to get my hands on those!! A couple of them would make such cute pillowcases for your quilty friends and then others for your "catty" friends and tote backs and and and..... :lol: :lol:

Please send info where I can purchase pattern and fabrics. I am a cat lover (I have 3 of them). I recently took me king sized bed quilt I made for my husband to be machine quilted at the local LQS. The ladies said they had the best time counting how many different pet hairs they found on it. At that time I had the 3 three cats, 2 dogs, and 1 ferret (That recently passed :(, my quilting buddy). They made a bet on which hairs belonged to which pets. No one guessed the ferret. Lol!

Oh no! I'm going to HAVE to get that one.

I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback and if I put any fabric on the floor to work with she is right there turning around until she has the perfect spot (usually right in the middle) and lays herself down. I think she even likes the smell of the material. What a sweetheart. Her name is Willow.

I have been collecting cat fabrics for years----love these I tell peole my quilts are 80% cotton and 20% cat hair!

I love cats but don't have one.They seem to watch out for themselves and you too just wait till you have had a bad day the cats will be right there for you as if to say it's ok.
