I use the table in it's down position. My machine does not fit in the slot, it needs to be made a little wider.It works great for me in the laid down position as I used to have my machine on an old 1970 Singer cabinet that I got from Goodwill for 19.00 including the machine. I love our Goodwill.

I've never used one before but I coudn't not get it. It was in the original box with the styraform(sp) still around it. It does not look like it has been used very much if at all. Unfortunately the manuel is not there but I have found a download for one online. My LQS told me to bring it in and she would help me with it as they have projects that they use sergers.

I used to have a table just like that for my Bernina1031, bought it 20 years ago. Gave it to a friend about 10 yrs ago, its toast now, she had a house fire.
