I used the small end of the tie and it made the points. I also used a soft fusible stabilizer.

I am glad to know that other fabrics would work with the ties and not having to use just silk. The only silk I have been able to find it too heavy (I think) ..or nubby weave and I didn't use that.
The cotton that you used... any particular type you liked with this. I have close to enough ties but as I look at them I am thinking I could use this for that and so forth. I have found several that are Christmas theme and several that might go with those for a tree skirt... Thanks for your patience.. |
