According to the pattern (Simplicity 2450) the most fabric that you use is 1/2 yard for the main fabric and 1/2 yard of contrast fabric.
I've made these and they are so easy. I'm making some to sell at a craft fair. |

cover pattern is Simplicity #4232. I just bought both of them when Hobby Lobby hat on sale for 99 cents. J J |
