The prism is a great secondary pattern, and I kept seeing the stars you could make if you put the corners with like colours together.

It's bright and cheery and just great fun!

I think it looks fun. If you wanted to you could put sashing strips between the blocks if you think it is too mixed up but it really doesn't need them. Some one is going to be a lucky winner.

The kids will just love it. It is Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this quilt. It is so scrappy and that is what interests me.

I love it. Should be a good fund raiser.

I actually like the "randomness" of the first placement. That adds to the tossed look and almost gives a 3-D effect. Great job. It'll bring in a bundle.

I like

crleslie 03-17-2010 04:44 AM

Oh! I LOVE it!! Great colors and it just looks so..I don't know... HAPPY!

vjengels 03-17-2010 04:46 AM

Is there such a thing as 'too many colors'? I can't imagine.......

ruthruff3 03-17-2010 04:55 AM

I think it is just great the way it is - it is what I like to call "a happy quilt". Kids will adore the fun design and the "happy" fabric. Great Job!

I've got all the squares made and joined into groups for QAYG. My plan after that is to add a white-on-white border, a colored border (one of the colors from the patches) and then another WOW border.

I don't want to be embarrased or to embarrass the kids with an "ugly" quilt!

What do you think??    :?:

Your grandkids WILL NOT be embarrassed! If there's any agonizing, it will be from the ones who didn't bid high enough, and lost out on the quilt!

It's absolutely adoreable.
