I think either quilt pattern would be great. If it starts feeling like it's too much as you're laying it out on your design wall. Simply add some white. Fixed! If not, then you'll be happy either way.
Gorgeous fabrics! I guess I think of an Irish chain as being more traditional, and a D9P as more modern, so I would probably use the D9P for those fabrics. I also think you might lose some of the precision of the IC with the blending of the two colors in the batik.
D9Patch for sure.
It will be a lively quilt! Either pattern would be great!
I love the colors.
Yum colours! Don't think it would matter what block IC is good I think Jacobs Ladder too.
If you do the D9P, I think I'd use orange for the smallest square, since it's so bright, and the green has some varigated color in it.
I would do the D9P with the orange in the center, the green on the sides and the floral in the corners. I can see it!!!!
I love those wild fabrics. They are beautiful. Can't wait to see what they become.

Do you know anyone that has EQ to do a mock up for you? Love the fabrics but I am the worst at envisioning what they would look like in either pattern.

Love the colors!
I think the DIC would be gorgeous in these fabrics! Add some beige too.
I love the colors, my vote is the Irish Chain.
Love the colors!
Love the Colors! Not sure about the pattern though.Good luck in your decision and don't forget the pica!
I say go with the D9P
I really like the colors you have picked out. I think it would look good as a double nine patch. Doesn't an irish chain usually just have two colors?
Sorry, I meant to say disappearing nine patch LOL. Or you could make a disappearing four patch. I saw it done on mqc as well.
Either pattern would be nice............. hope you will post a pic of the quilt when done.
whichever pattern you chose, that is going to be one lively quilt! Love the colors!!
I think as long as you don't overpower it with too much of the solid colors, it will be just beautiful.
Either will be wonderful. As for being wild -- life is in color. There is a place for every color in our quilts.
Lovely fabric. I can see it in a lovely wall hanging. How outstanding it would be.
I would go with irish chain
Cheerful...Happy colors....Love them...
Or one can add a darker green to tame it down - if you want to.
I think the colors are great together, and if you feel the need for a tone down match the white in the blender fabric and your good to go. Either pattern would be great.
I love your fabrics. they would be pretty in any pattern
Nothing wrong with "WILD"! and I think the disappearing nine patch would be an excellent choice. for these fabrics. Show us your finished project, it will be a stunner.
