Thanks for sharing

I just love this and have started hand quilting a queen size quilt (my first) and find already that it's not easy on the body...this is hard work and I'm feeling it all over! What do you do to ensure good body mechanics, etc. so that you don't injure yourself doing it 6-8 hours a day? Whatever suggestions/insights you have would be greatly appreciated!
