Steve....I'm soooooooconfused....you named your True Lover's knot also.....but, the site you gave with the block on it is called in the interlaced blocks....which is your?????????? please inform if it's the True Lover's kKnot with directions.....

Sorry, I got the name from a link on this site, though yes they do call it "interlaced block" on quilter's cache.

Four of the blocks made exactly as they instruct will give you the complete pattern. I used only two colors (see previous page on this subject and post). Any problems, I'm here to help. :D

Steve, I'm impressed! You really do nice work, and the colors are great.

wow.. that turned out great. Is this the block from the calendar??

Steve 03-07-2008 11:25 PM

Yes, though I got my recipe from quilter's cache and altered it to the two colors.

I just got a hold of a copy of "Celtic Pieced Illusions" by Karen Combs and am fascinated how many knots can be made, and easily. The thing about her book that I don't get is how she has a chapter on color, and runs on about its importance, but then, for the most part, I don't like the choices at all in her quilts. Matter of taste I suppose.
