My DG is making her mother a mothers day persent on the threadle. I love these times.
She made a pillow case and has wip on a table runner.

Look at her go! So sweet to see the younger generation sewing. Unfortunately, by the time you learn to thread a needle, then your eyes go!

yes there are. i had to have her thread my needles before i got eye surgery .

I must have looked like that when I learned how to sew on my grandmother's treadle. I was in 5th grade doing a 4-H project - the apron!

I made one of those aprons. White with pink roses. then modeled at the end of the year show.
