still needs to be bound- but at least the quilting is done- i can move forward--it was nice to get this one this far. :thumbup:

thanks all...makes me (yearn) for spring too....so tired of snow and icy roads! this is a happy-touch of spring. I heard someone around here has crocus' coming up---they would have to VERY long necked ones to show their pretty faces in my yard since there is still at least 3 feet of snow out there. keep telling myself...we still have a week til spring= but the long term forcast still shows single digit temps at night & in the 20's- low 30's during the day- so ...
anyhow- thanks for the compliments- it is a joyous touch of spring :)

I will have to search through stack of magazines & see if i can find it- the quilt top has been done, waiting it's turn to be quilted for a while (5 or 6 quilts ago) but it was in an old magazine....i will try to locate it this weekend & let you know-
it's a pretty easy pattern- our little sewing group has made at least a dozen of these tulip quilts in different colors over the past 3+ years...seems to be our "go to" pattern when we can't decide what to work on next---or when we just need that 'hope spring will come' boost. :D
