Twilight Garden in Wool - First Block Posted

I have started my next project, an appliqué wallhanging from the book twilight garden quilts by Deborah kemball.
I am very excited about it and have spent most of the last month dyeing the wool. I am using matching treads for this project so gathering them has taken some time. I have picked a blue background that is lighter than the author used but it goes well with my wool. There are nine blocks and here is the first finished block. [ATTACH=CONFIG]482399[/ATTACH] |
Love your colors and the embroidery adds so much. Went to your web site and admired your other projects. All I can say is amazing. Love your black background one.
