No, the pattern wasn't included. I just played around with different combinations. A scrappy look with different holiday fabircs looks pretty too.

I saw this tool at the Portland quilt show last month and the demonstrator showed ways to use the remaining fabric but I didn't write it down so I can't remember right now. I wanted to buy the tool as well but had already spent my "stash of cash"! I love your blocks!

I just wish i didn't need the 45mm cutter, that would save alittle waste. On second thought, maybe turn over the ruler and use the smaller cutter.I tried it and it kinda worked using the smaller cutter.

That is a cool tool. Which one did you find more useful? Love the 2nd block with the twist. Might cover up a mistake or two!!

This was made from a tool called "Twister by CS Designs" . It comes in two sizes for use with 5 inch or 10 inch blocks. You sew the blocks together and then cut out squares using this tool. It creates a pinwheel effect. Others on this board have done them. Search "twister" and you will see some very nice examples.

OMG....That is a must have tool. I think I will put that on my Christmas Wish List (And I just sent the link to my Dad). heehee

You did an outstanding job. Just love it.
