I love that green floral! That Triple Irish Chain will be awesome! I like your idea about the greens for the lights on the log cabin. I will try that when I do mine (someday). Sometimes when I see similar quilts, the beiges look dirty to me.

Beautiful!
I just have to ask is your new avatar one of your horses and foal? Hugs April |
katier--I wanted the lights to emulate the ground between gardens, so the beige works for that, but it looks a big off with the greens. It doesn't blend as well. The one with green leaves and hues of beige are okay, I think. Finding fabrics for the lights in this quilt has been tough! I used up all my favorites in the last one and I can't find good replacements.
Loving Isabella--yes--that photo was taken May 2, I believe. It's of Chloe and her colt, Tucker. I'm headed out now to give them more hay for the night. ;) |
I love both!! And Iknow all about those pins, but it is a must do for me!!
Love that material! You always do such great work!! |

Oh drat--I just noticed the "still needs pinning" pic is a duplicate! Here's the correct photo.... wish I could edit!

I have to say that I am partial to the first one! I think it is going to be STUNNING!
I have a thing for blue and green together. That was my first quilt in a log cabin. |
I really like the one that says new design under it- it's my favorite, I like all of them.
