Two of my quilts got ribbons the local quilt show. It is not a judge show. It one that visitor of the show vote on they favorite quilts.

They are both gorgeous. I like the details of the bookcase and I love the words to the national anthem on the flag quilt, so very subtle, but still there.

Beautiful quilts, no wonder your quilts took ribbons. Absolutely love the bookcase. I want to make one but every time I see one I think of something else I want to but on my shelves. I hope it doesn't turn out to be a room size rug when finished. Love the aquarium on the bottom shelf.
