I think you did a wonderful job. I just might lift your idea for a quilt.

When you're done you should take it in to show her how you took a "cookie cutter" and added your own "frosting" to make something unique and beautiful. If we didn't have people trying new things we'd all have the same thing with different colors. Don't think I would want to continue if there was only one pattern.
