You certainly are on a mission! These are very nice. I especially like the first picture...probably because I love being around water.

Bonbonary 01-27-2016 07:35 AM

They are great. Especially love the first one. You're way ahead of me in the goal to finish UFO's! I'm not even sure I can finish seven this year.

Nice. My favorites are # 2 and the last one

Quiltngolfer 01-27-2016 12:54 PM

Great quilts! I'm so proud of you. I have been trying to finish my UFOs too. I was doing great until my husband died last March. I haven't made anything since. I am determined to get started back today! I have 7 UFOs and several new projects to do. My machine has been serviced. It's all set up and my project is laid out on the table. Hope I will be sharing a finished project soon.

KyStitcher 01-27-2016 01:34 PM

All beautiful, but the birds are really speaking to me. Great job getting so many finished, and now you get to stand back and admire them.

the star is called the "binding tool star", it was one of Jenny Doan's tutorials.

Gorgeous. I can just see myself sitting on one of those chairs on the jetty.

kathdavis 01-27-2016 08:00 PM

Wow! Awesome UFO's!

EmiliasNana 01-27-2016 08:24 PM

Congratulations. Bet it feels great to get them out of the closet and on the wall. All are so different but beautiful. Please be sure and post the remaining finishes. You have a real talent for landscapes! I had great plans and finished one, a charity quilt. Then when I asked my DH to install a couple hooks in the ceiling to help suspend my next quilt while quilting, he decided now would be a good time to install the vinyl plank flooring we talked about. Soooooooooo spent the first day of many, moving bookcases, going through books, patterns etc. to move EVERYTHING into the guest room. Since everything will have to be put back, I may as well rearrange to make better use of the space, like adding a countertop with more storage underneath and another peg board LOL

nunnyJo 01-28-2016 03:14 AM

nice but I really love the batik star. great job

gingergrandma 01-28-2016 03:47 AM

They are all beautiful. Glad you finished your projects.

quilterpurpledog 01-28-2016 04:13 AM

Great job and self discipline! And, in addition, all of the quilts are wonderful. You have used such a wide variety of techniques in your quilts. I am sure that many of us love your quilts but have a hint of envy in our hearts. There is no feeling like the feeling of success in a beautiful finish.

GailG 01-28-2016 04:38 AM

Wow! Great finishes! I can see why to pushed them in the closet "for a while." Lots and lots of work on those beauties.

Bren 01-28-2016 06:25 AM

Those are all gorgeous! I especially love the one with the birds in the snow. Great work!
