this yellow is great as a border for this quilt. If you want to add another border I would just strip piece alot of the fabrics in the quilt and make a piano key border around the outside. I wouldn't make an outer border very different in tone, just color, if you make it to dark the yellow will stand out even more.

I like it.. I like it alot.. And i think the suggestion for a scrappy boarder might tone the color a bit as well if your really concerned the yellow is too yellow..
