Love the yellow and would like to see another border in red.

(1) I like yellow and (2) I like yellow and (3) did I say that I like yellow? It doesn't look that bright in the picture. I do think another border would be nice, depending on how large you want the quilt to be.

i definitely would put another darker border on it. It would frame the quilt very well and would coordinate better with the darker strips in the blocks.

On the contrary...your quilt is very nice...please put the other border(s) on it and do not give it another thought. You are too hard on yourself. Try a dark shade to frame it.

Looks fine, but blue always goes nicely with yellow, if you want to add another border.

It's great! Does the person you are giving it too like yellow?

I love it! I would love to receive it as a gift!

I love yellow, use it frequently in my quilts and I REALLY like your quilt.

There are many good suggestions given here already. A darker or piano key border would definitely tie everything together. Try laying some different colors alongside the yellow border to see what you like. Also, make up a short strip of piano key border and try that. An darker outer border will tone the yellow down. I like the suggestion about the red binding too.

The yellow makes the other colors pop, do a scrappy binding.
Love the quilt.

Yes, scrappy! Put a scrappy border on there and it will be beautiful! Yellow may not be your favorite color but your planned recipient will really like that quilt. If not, I'll take it! *waving my hand hopefully!
