Years ago my daughter went to leadership camp. Her group was to create Anti-Drug posters. They drew a bong and they pulled grass from outside and filled the part where the water goes. I laughed until I almost peed when I saw it. I asked who designed it and she said they all had given their opinions since no one really knew what they looked like. Yes, that is an Aralia or False Aralia plant. It grows in CA, too.
