A few month's ago I posted this picture of my first paper piecing project and I decided to enter it in our county fair. I was delighted to see that I had a "Blue" ribbon on it. I was so excited.

Wow! For a first pp it is AWSOME! I can only hope to get there eventually. I have pp one block so far. And have several more I want to experiment with. But not going to start a quilt yet. I BOW to your bravery. GREAT job!

I have a quilt at the fair here with a blue ribbon. I pick it up Sunday and will have my daughter help me post a picture. Really makes you feel good, doesn't it!

it's a beauty I don't know how you do it when I tried a 8 point star I got so much bulk. How do you get around all that bulk?
