My pick is #1. Beautiful fabric choices.

mighty 02-20-2012 07:16 AM

Really beautiful!!!!!

Lady Jane 02-20-2012 07:22 AM

I pick number 3, the red binding really sets the quilt off.

pastimesquiltdesign 02-20-2012 07:49 AM

You sure are good at EQ. I have EQ5 and 6 but have never used it. Peggy

RuthEm 02-20-2012 07:56 AM

I like the 3rd one too!! EQ is great isn't it?

SandyinZ4 02-20-2012 08:00 AM

Wow! that is really so nice to see them instead of just in one's head. thanks for all your efforts to get them posted.

Kaytee 02-20-2012 08:21 AM

What a neat program you have. Which one will you make?

bamamama 02-20-2012 08:36 AM

Makes me want to open my EQ7 and play

Sewfine 02-20-2012 08:38 AM

All are beautiful. But love to hae #1.

Jammin' Jane 02-20-2012 02:15 PM

They look great! Which one are you going to make?

Jingle 02-20-2012 02:27 PM

All are beautiful.

Nettie Phillips 02-20-2012 04:09 PM

I like the first one best. Is so pretty.

clsurz 02-20-2012 04:35 PM

I like all of them so it's hard to choose. I may make one of each just to have for show and tell at our guilds in the area and how you can manipulate EQ to use one block and create several entirely different quilts.

IF YOU HAVE EQ, any version, I highly recommend that you take the classes offered in the program, view the video's and play with the program alot.

I bought this program almost a year ago but felt intimated with it until I took the EQ7 Sampler class at Quilt University and than found the 22 lessons in the program itself as well as the video's.

Now I fear I am fast becoming addicted to it.

I'm getting anxious to learn more about the program so I can design my own blocks and upload them into the program.

I'm also getting anxious to using the stencil feature, and creating alot of appliques by importing line drawings into the program and create one of a kind designs.

I'm learning this is a powerful program that will allow you to do more than just use the libraries in the program by importing your own work into it to lay out your design and manipulate it to what you want it to be.

MaryMo 02-20-2012 04:39 PM

too many choices! how do you choose? All are good.

red-warrior 02-20-2012 05:15 PM

Thanks, as a newbie it really helps me to see options in the different views you share!!

Rubesgirl 02-20-2012 09:10 PM

I like #1 best. I hate to seem uninformed (or stupid) but what is EQ? :-s

Janquiltz 02-20-2012 10:17 PM

Love your designs - isn't it amazing what the humble little 4P can turn in to?

SueDor 02-21-2012 03:12 AM

I think I like the 5th one the best

JoyjoyMarie 02-22-2012 04:07 AM

This makes me feel like I'm playing where's Waldo looking for the differences in the photos - but that said, what a great tool for really messing around and trying things out, and seeing "what's gonna happen if?" I'm sure you're having a ball now that you've really starting using this program. And your sample in the reds and browns is really nice -I love those warm colors together. Can't wait to see what you make.

sustraley 02-22-2012 04:12 AM

I would have to make them all!! LOL

piepatch 02-22-2012 04:16 AM

They are all pretty, but I like # 1 best!

KyKaren1949 02-22-2012 04:25 AM

Yep, I think number 1 is the best!

pls1946 02-22-2012 04:27 AM

I love the third one with just red and white.....it really catches my eye. I think the different looks from the same block is amazing!

the old one 02-22-2012 05:47 AM

And just when I had decided to cut up the red collection of fabrics, and do something with them, you really made my day!! Now I am all fired up to get started. Great designs, by the way.

Bluequilter 02-22-2012 05:49 AM

Love the fabric ... all great designs.

dd55 02-22-2012 06:37 AM

i like the first one.

damaquilts 02-22-2012 06:53 AM

I like the last one. Very graphic and lots of negative space to quilt in.

Muse&Sew 02-22-2012 06:55 AM

Fun to see the different quilt patterns from one block. Thanks for sharing.

It's a quilting software program called Electric Quilt which has been around for years. I purchased the current version 7 last year but just now getting comfortable enough to start using it.

MargeD 02-22-2012 07:13 AM

WOW the quilts are beautiful - I've always loved 2-color quilts and the first one in the blocks I like the best, although youir last one is beautiful too, maybe I'll change my mind, I like the last quilt the best = looks like the squares are dancing on air.

GramaLaura 02-22-2012 07:16 AM

Oh I love them all!!!! :)

Wow, they are all great, but I like posting #2, the first picture. Good luck and can't wait to see which one you go with.

carolynjo 02-22-2012 09:30 AM

Number 1 is my favorite. Great job.

gypsylady5 02-22-2012 09:45 AM

Looks like a lot of fun. Which did you choose to make?

StarofMoonDancer 02-22-2012 10:00 AM

Wow. All are so pretty. Do you share the pattern? I would love to have it. PM me if I can. Thanks
WOW. :):):)

Grace MooreLinker 02-22-2012 11:38 AM

Great idea I do this with some patterns but the way you did these are greater changes than I've ever thought of, thanks for sharing. Hope you don't mind if I save the pictures for future use when I need to make one different.??

fmhall2 02-22-2012 11:40 AM

I like #1 the best.
