What a great use of a panel. When I first looked at it, I was trying to figure out how you had pieced the background when this was a panel. Love the stitching idea for making it look that way. Neat idea to stitch the rest of that one flower into the border. Super quilt and thanks for posting this.

I normally don't like panels, but this looks like a beautifully appliqued piece. Job well done
