I like the wide border; maybe even make it wider with darker color on the outside since the inside top is so dramatic. Good job, by the way.

This is so very, very sharp!!!! Borderwise, what you've chosen looks great. My personal preference is generally to end the borders with a darkish one like your paisley or the deep red after the light one but there is not one single thing wrong with ending it where it is!!! Your finished size is a consideration as well. I love your colors and fabrics and the way it 'grows' from the center!

It looks great to me

It's so pretty. I'm too new to offer advice on borders but I just love this quilt. Another graphic type quilt. I'd love to see it in black, white, and gray. I'm keeping a picture for my ideas file. Thanks for sharing.

Wow great job...love the colors...I would agree that a small light border then a darker wider border to frame it and make the center the focus...but either way, it will be a beauty when your finished...

I love your quilt! I can see why your kids fell in love with the fabrics! Nice work. I like the idea of a dark border but if this one is stitched on leave it be. Do you have fabric for a dark one. Either way it is a lovely quilt!
