I think snowflakes would be very pretty!

It can be done, just don't quilt it too heavily. You may want to start your quilting in the middle of the border and work your way out to the corners so that it doesn't all bunch up in one corner. Cute wall hanging!

When I make a quilt with the birthing method, all the quilting is done after the sides are finished. I don't overdo the quilting, and try to quilt evenly over the surface. I haven't had any problems.

There's no reason why you couldn't try it.

I do like the snowflake idea, though! :thumbup: :thumbup:

I think Azam has the right idea-start from the center and don't quilt to heavily.
