My first thought was books on shelves. What an interesting quilt!

This was my first thought too. But it also looks like the bamboo you intented. That's the wonderful thing about art, it means different things to different people. It's in the eye of the beholder :>)

The first thing I saw was rows of fat quarters squeezed tightly together on shelves.
Looks like there is no room for even one more fat quarter.
I would love to walk in a quilt shop and see this wonderful assortment of fabrics! copycat

It is colorfull. What was your image? I can see it is a quilt. Is it hanging in front of a window? Your greens and yellows look like lite coming from behind. Maybe instead of hanging on a wall you can lay it on a bed. I sure would like to be able to see what your seeing.

It looks like moving reeds or grass and some of the fabrics are kind of African-themed looking.
