Your quilt is gorgeous! I'm a novice quilter---but I wonder about using white thread on the brown fabrics, and a varigated brown on the white??? Just a thought.......

It's a beautiful quilt. I'm not sure flowers would be the right thing on a log cabin but I agree with the others that the feather would be great or maybe small flowers on a vine with leaves. Whatever you choose will be great.

The quilt is made for that bed. I just love the furniture, and the quilt just makes it a fantastic combination.
