The one about stained glass that is!

I agree, this doesn't speak to me at all, though putting it in something would probably change my outlook completely!

The original picture posted was taken from Hoffman's site, and was what we used on our site and the first bolt did look like that (deeper tones).

But you know with batiks, because they are hand dyed every yard (and bolt) turns out differently. So the second picture posted was a scan of the actual bolt that we have in stock now (it's the second time we ordered that fabric).

The first bolt is all gone, so I can't really tell you what they would have looked like side by side.

Thanks.

I'd make a purse with it!! Or, it would even work as a border on a quilt. Or put some other bright colors with it and do a bold print quilt!

I would use that as the main block in a D9P and pick up
some of the other colors as the other blocks, use the brightest
color in it for the center square. Would turn out really cool.

i'd get a white on white to go with it and do a d9p , and then use the bali as the border also :P

How about a 'stained glass' quilt?
