I sewed black fabric around 4 of my scrappy blocks to see if it would pop the colors.

clsurz, I just love coastal Ga. I live in the mountains and visited the area just a few years ago, a nice contrast for me. Do you shop at the LQS on St.Simon's? Went in there for the souvinier fat quarters and left with enough for a quilt!
