Retiree #1 likes guns
Retiree #2 well his says what he likes.LOL Newby #1 is an associate pastor and was scheduled to swim with the sharks on a recent visit to Hawaii. He didn’t get to due to the waters being too rough. I am making quilts for my coworkers and these are a few that I am gifting May 1st because of the retirees. I recently posted a bargello that is going to a coworker as well. This is makes #4 of 12 I plan to make this year. all quilts measure approximately 80x80” I have one more I am going to try and knock out this week after work so I can quilt the five next weekend. I only plan to stipple them so I can get them off the frame quickly. But first I have bind last weekend’s king size quilt and quilt the mini and bind it. That’s what is on my to do list for the rest of this evening. Busy busy busy. Thank for looking. |

Isn't the first quilt a Blooming 9 Patch? Oh I just love those quilts! I made only one of the BNP and nearly went bonkers. All three are wonderful gifts! You do beautiful work!

Yes, it is a BNP. I showed a different quilt using this pattern to the person receiving this quilt and he commented he like that pattern so I decided to use it for his quilt. I like making them but you do have to really watch what you are doing and plan well. Thank you for your compliments. |
