This is a good idea,and better /easier than a charm quilt where no two fabrics are supposed to be the same; I see in the first pic ,which I like the best--that you used a long piece of purple fabric in various lengths to adjust the days of the month to ensure equal measure , that is v clever.
Were they machine pieced?
