    Thank you all. The original pattern dated from the 1880's. I love it and will do it again.

    Thank you all for your kind comments.
    The wedding quilt was a pattern I made up from obviously traditional elements, playing on my QuiltPro. When I saw the "Ladies with Hats" design in an old book, I had to play with that too. One of the joys of researching patterns and recombining things is the combination of things that are both fresh and traditional.
