    A Productive Weekend

Finished a fabric box, 2 mug rugs, 4 coasters, and a tissue holder this weekend. Quilted the fabric box and stitched in a ditch on the coasters! My first time doing any quilting on my own.

Those first few projects are a little daunting, aren't they? But you did a great job, a quilt can't be far behind.

I have done over 25 quilt tops, but this is my first try the actual quilting, though I have handtied a few small quilts. I can't seem to grow much of a stash because I normally buy fabric with a particular quilt in mind, but I always have some left over, so I use it for these little projects and scrap quilts. Someday it would be nice to build a stash.
