Default Progess of paper pieced pineapple quilt

Just completed my first of 50 white background blocks for my pineapple quilt. I finished all 50 of my black background blocks, but as you can see I have few white to go )

How are you putting this together? Or are you making 2 quilts - one black and one white. Are the blocks paper pieced?
In any case, they look great. Show the finished product when done

I'm wondering also , will there be 2 quilts or just 1, great job , cant wait to se the finished product , you've got us all curious..

It will be one quilt alternating the black and the white. It creates a framing around the blocks for a really cool effect.
