What an awesome quilt you are going to have when it is done.

I love the design in your Avatar, and I love the way you post your WIP. I think the thing that is so appealing to me is the way the applique compliments the center piecing. It looks like another prize winner in progress!

Thank you all, I'm really liking this one. Had to stop for the day as I ran out of ivory so cut some more off (I have a bolt of Kona Cotton) and put it in the wash.

I'm going to try turned machine applique for the hearts. Sharon Schamber has a video on how she does it using freezer paper and starch. I want it neater than raw edge on this one.

Looks like you're moving right along on this one, Pam. I really like that cutting mat with all the different quilt shapes on it. What brand is it?

The mat is June Tailor. It's pretty old and it's a hard mat, unlike the self-healing ones. I do want to get a large Olfa one.

I think you've got a keeper there! It is going to be very pretty. Keep plugging away!

Still plugging away at the triangle sections, half of them sewn and pressed. I got the green squares cut out and put some up on the design wall to see how it looks. All of the hearts will each be in a different fabric.

(the two blocks on the left aren't sewn together, just stuck on the wall)
