I love your color choice, it's going to be really pretty when your finished. Here's a pic of mine. I should be able to get it quilting soon. It is a really fun and easy pattern, you just have to keep the rows organized.

Dawn you might be able to my sewing machine is not working so i have to see about getting another one. I have had this one since 2004 and i have made all my quilts and several blankets for my neice and nephews and then i made placemats and a wall hanging for my brother and ex sil of the kids. I am thinking about going to walmart and get another brother since they are not that expensive.

Tamilee, It starts off slow, but once you get the strip sets done, you'll be surprised how fast it all comes together. Hope you get your machine to work for you. I'm looking forward to seeing it finished.

here is the first 2 rows. I had to cut them and sew them to get inspiration to work on it. I did get my machine fixed. It was the cheap thread i was using. I went back to my orignal thread and it worked perfectly tonight.

Glad it was nothing MAJOR!!! crazy how picky our machines can be! I am working on a quilt as you go quilt.. Maybe I will bump the weaver fever to the top of the pile after this one gets completed!

Be sure to keep us all posted!
