Really beautiful. I have never tried this pattern, how hard do you think it is compared to other quilt patterns. Violet

Absolutely beautiful. Great colors. I like your attitude "When I am tired of doing it, I will be done." How did you decide how much fabric to purchase?

At first, I bought enough for a wall hanging which was 1 yd. Then the kona bone color was on sale, so I bought some more which is enough for a lap quilt. I figure when I get it used up, if I want more I will buy more. The inserts, I had bought 5" squares for another project. Then I saw one of the fabrics on sale on this board. If I run out and can not find any more of the same fabric, I may have to have different insert material - still in pinks and what I have already done will be the center.

Really beautiful. I love your color choices. I wanted to make this quilt after seeing Eddies. Signed up for a quilt class because I couldn't get my head around it, and then the class was cancelled. Did you find it hard to understand initially? I'm a paper piecer but love, love love this quilt. Hope you share your progression with it. You have inspired me! Hugs
