That biscuit quilt is just so adorable. I have made many of them, various sizes. Yours is made differently than the ones I make.

I made a puffy quilt a couple of years ago with minky charm pack and it was slippery and a pain to fill each pocket...maybe because it was with minky not cotton?

I made a quilt like this for my friend's first granddaughter in primary colors like yours, only the prints differ. I made it 22 years ago. Called a biscuit quilt.

What a cute quilt when panty hose were worn to work or almost everywhere they were saved by quilters and used for the stuffing nice to see a fun quilt coming back

racerh I don't think you really need a pattern I can tell you how we use to make them and can't remember any one using a pattern we use to sew 2 squares together with fabric wrong sides together leave opening for stuffing then sew raw edges together the same way then put back on leaving an opening to pillow case then using crochet thread to tie in the corners block size was anyones choice as little girls usually had doll beds and we would just use smaller squares not sure if this would be what a pattern would say but it worked for us lots of years ago hope this will help you
