OOH you have stolen my heart. Dresdens are my all time favorite and yours is just absolutly awesome. I love the colors and you are right, the chartruese really does make it pop and come together. Thanks for sharing. Love love love it!!!!

Yes I did applique the dresdan using clear thread and a very tiny zig zag stitch. It looks hand appliqued that way. Thanks for the compliment! :-)

No pattern. I just used a block within a block and set it on point. Then made the decision about colors based on what was in my stash. The whole deal was just me flying by the seat of my pants. :-)
