All my kids and DGD are wrapped in my love. As are many of my family members. It makes me feel good.

Here are some of my people under their gift of love.
I have pictures of the quilts I have made for others but not of them with thier quilts. What a wonderful idea.

Janice, Thanx for sharing. Love all of them. And I am so sorry about your son. May God be with you always. Looks like you do have so much love and support.

My GS on his Spiderman quilt. He threw himself on it and said," Take my picture, Grandma."

Love all those quilts, and the people obviously feel the love from the quilts too. That is a true testimonial to the power of quilting from the heart.

Here is a picture of my mom with the quilt I made for her when we learned that she had stage 4 ovarian cancer.

Funny thing is I told her that I had purchased the squares off ebay. She later told everyone that I had cut the squares from clothing I had worn :) I never corrected her.

She put it on her bed and used it every day for the rest of her life.

She passed away in September 2010, and I use that quilt daily now. Brings great comfort to me.

The back was made form a vintage sheet that I found at a thrift store. Reminded me of one that we had growing up.
