    Purse Organizer

I made these four organizers for Christmas presents for my crafting buddies - only those who would understand the work involved are deserving of these!!! Pattern is "Portapockets" from Studio Kat Designs (#01400) and I used the small size.

I have another one ready to sew for myself...someday!

OMG, that is a lot of work. I carry one in my purse all the time, but I bought mine. I don't think I would undertake such a task. They are wonderful and I know your crafty buddies will love them.

You are right that there are people who would not realize the work and talent that went into these. You are lucky to have friends who do.

    Good work!

I also have a (different) pattern, to make these . . . I keep procrastinating, because in studying the pattern they do not 'read' easy-peasy.

Thank you for sharing, yours are beautiful and they do look like a lot of work. I have a floppy purse that I like the look of but hate to try and find anything in so I need to make one of there. Thank you for the inspiration!!

They are great looking. I've seen that pattern but didn't have the courage to make one. You're crafting buddies are sure lucky.

Those are lovely and yes, a lot of work. You are very brave.

Thanks for sharing. I bought this pattern a couple of weeks ago. It didn't call for the zipper but I love that addition.

The organizers are great. I really need to make one for myself one of these days, too. Thanks for sharing.

Great job; thank you for sharing. I've always liked the concept... Were they difficult to make?

I bow to your persistence. I made one and even though I would like the small one also, I'm not sure I'm up to making another one. If I do make another one I won't include all the zipper pockets since I don't use them.

Those look very cool! And I can see that they take a bit of work alright, but must be ever so nice to use. Thanks for posting the pattern info too.

Really pretty, Yours is much prettier than mine. I have that pattern and they were the very devil to make, so I applaud you for making them for friends. I have not tackled another one. I just made up my patterns after that.

Nice! I too have this pattern but have not ventured to even open it as it does look pretty tricky
