I like your mix of scraps on the second one! Beautiful quilts both and I can empathize. You look at the scrap pile and think, "why hasn't more of this been used up??!"

You've just motivated me! A scrappy quilt has been on my agenda for a long time now! I guess I'll get at it now. I love your choice of backing fabrics. And of course I love the front. Scrappies are so happy! It makes for a really nice reversible quilt with two different personalities.

marcy, I see your strips are different widths in the second photo... my question is this... is there a maximum or minimum of strip width that you used in making your blocks?
