    QOV Mystery Quilt

I finished my Quilts of Valor Mystery Quilt top. This pattern was designed and is available at Persimmon Quilts:
    http://www.persimmonquilts.com/QOVMysteryHomePg.html

It is #24 of her patterns and went together so smoothly! I am turning it in at our local QOV meeting tomorrow for a long-armer to quilt.

I think. It.'s great I recently read that the soldiers love our quilts but would love them just as much if they weren't all red white and blue patriotically themes This looks more like a traditional quilt. Well done.!

Thank you all for your kind comments. Our small QOV group (that is growing) recently received a letter of thanks from our local VA hospital that was so heart-warming. We are all so proud to participate and will be taking another 12 quilts to the poly-trauma unit there within the week. You can see other quilts we have made on our blog (especially the June 2nd and July 7th posts):

This is so beautiful! As an Army vet myself, the daughter and wife of Army vets , I thank you so much for taking the time to honor one of our brothers or sisters. It is amazing to see the love and caring that goes into one of these quilts! I am currently gathering fabrics to make a few of these to deliver to a military hospital close to where we are currently stationed. Thank you again!!
