I love your quilt. I have a passion for old embroidered linens and have a couple of drawer full. Some I use to make valances for my windows but this gives me a wonderful option. I love how you have high-lighted the artistry of those who spent a lot of time doing embroidery.

Your quilt is amazing in that it bridges the past (all that lovely embroidery and linens) and the present (the quasi-crazy quilt look). I love to see someone take these lovely things and create something that will continue to be admired. I am sad when I see them just sitting in the corner of an antique mall shop. Someone loved them when they made them-now someone can love them again as a quilt.

I was taught 'Thou Shalt Not Covet', I have some repenting to do. Better yet I need to get busy and do one for myself. Love the use of embroidery, fabrics, the whole quilt is marrrrrvelous!
