I love using panels.................it is great practice for FMQing and they turn out so cute, especially with the added quilting. Love the panel you chose as it is perfect for a baby and oh, so bright.

I love that panel. I try to keep a few panels on hand for quick quilts but haven't seen that one. Should make mom and baby very happy.
