For the block with the outside corner accents. You would need: Corners (4) squares. Corner accents: 1/2 sq Triangles (8)of
the border with accents. Border background: (8) squares
For the Diagonal frame: (8) 1/2sq triangles. Borderbackground/with frame print. (8) 1/2 sq tri diagonal frame print/square frame print. (4) 1/2 sq tri diagonal frame print/star background. (12) squares of square frame print. Center star: (8) 1/2 sq triangles with background/star print.
And 4 squares for the center of the star. Total: 64 pieces
I did not notice the corner accents when I looked at all
the different versions that you made, so I wrote the additional colorways in the above numbers.
These are great blocks with all the different color ways
you can come up with. thanks for sharing.

I appreciate all the help that everyone has provided because I really want to make that block! But, could you please help me out with the size of 1 square. They all see to be the same size, but I want to get it right. Thanks.

the size i used was 3.5 for the sq & 3 7/8 sq & cut that for triangles. You could make it larger & use 4.5 sq &
4 7/8 sq & cut on diagonal for triangles OR you could cut 2.5 sq & cut 2 7/8 sq & cut on diagonal to make it smaller
