Beautiful job on this book. I know it will be used for hours and hours. I made one for one of my grandsons 2 years ago. Now his little brother is using it, plus every other child in church on Sundays. I put the book together with binder rings so daughter could rotate some of the pages. Two minutes after she gets to church, children will "sneak" over to her to "borrow" a page or 2 to use during the meeting. Guess that's why they are called "quiet books".

Oh, wow! Your button flowers take me back! I remember the quiet books that our church had and I used to entertain myself (and my baby brother) 30 years ago. This vase of flowers looks just like what I remember. Great job!

Nice! I bet your family love and appreciate those very much. Got me thinking about fabric lacing cards I saw one time. Has anyone seen patterns for those?

Thank you. It was a lot of work but a labor of love. I wouldn't make one to sell because I would have to charge too much.
